Set in six hectares of citrus groves in the village of Altarello, this venue is a stunning country hotel in the Sicilian countryside. The panoramic views of Mount Etna provide the most incredible stage for your wedding full of romance and Italian sophistication.
Originally a vineyard in the 1800s, Giuseppe Maugeri built this holiday house in the 1960s to cultivate lemons and oranges (the scent in the air is incredible!) and has been tastefully revamped to a modernist style. This venue has created a conversation between the authentically historic and contemporary worlds by blending iconic modernist materials like brass and marble, with decidedly less conventional ones, like recycled wood and warming shades of yellow, pink, and sage.
Say your vows against the beautiful backdrop of the Italian countryside and elegant modernity of refined architectural design. With on-site accommodation for family and friends, this is a perfect wedding destination to enjoy for a getaway with loved ones. Today, this property is under private management by a lovely Italian family and has previously hosted 5 weddings.
